Born and raised in Los Angeles, Kimberly is a creatively driven, multi-hyphenate talent strategist with over a decade of experience in casting, influencer marketing, and design. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Creator Operations at OTH Network, where she led global creator initiatives and talent strategy for a fast-growing startup. During her time there, she helped scale a thriving community of over 2,500 influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors—blending tech, talent, and innovation to shape the future of marketing.
Now, Kimberly is channeling that experience into launching her own influencer agency, focused on connecting brands and creators through curated, high-impact partnerships. Her mission: to make influencer marketing more intentional, stylish, and results-driven, while empowering creators to thrive.
Before her pivot into tech, Kimberly spent 10 years freelancing as a Casting & Talent Producer for top reality programs including Love Is Blind, Big Brother, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Married At First Sight, Millionaire Matchmaker, and America’s Got Talent. Her instinct for talent and passion for connecting with people has made her a go-to for casting standout personalities in every niche.
She’s also the founder and visionary behind Lunar Disco, a couture costume design studio born from her lifelong love of sparkle and self-expression. Whether she’s designing one-of-a-kind looks for events and performances or dreaming up new creative concepts, Kimberly thrives where artistry and storytelling meet.
Her journey has taken her from Los Angeles to San Francisco, to a six-month soul-reset in Tulum, and now to Miami, where she lives with her dog Maple. In her free time, you’ll find her relaxing at the beach, styling interiors, attending a Pilates class, traveling to tropical places, or researching the latest in wellness and skincare. A certified yoga instructor (RYT200), longtime Pilates devotee, and wellness enthusiast, Kimberly believes in living boldly, beautifully, and on purpose.
