Kimberly Driedger is an influencer marketing leader focused on building creator partnerships, scaling ambassador programs, and developing brand storytelling strategies that drive measurable business growth.

She works with brands through a boutique influencer marketing and brand strategy consultancy, developing creator programs, influencer campaigns, and partnership strategies designed to connect brands with audiences in authentic, culturally relevant ways.

Kimberly most recently served as Director of Influencer Marketing at Lucky Strike Entertainment, where she led influencer strategy across nine brands. Operating as a one-person department, she activated more than 200 creators, executed 30+ campaigns, generated 8.5M+ views, delivered a 3.5% blended engagement rate, and achieved a 5.2x earned media value return, all while staying within budget.

Prior to Lucky Strike, she was VP of Creator Operations at OTH Network, where she scaled a global ambassador program by 456% across nine international markets and increased weekly GMV by 144% in under six months. Her work spans creator recruitment, partnership development, campaign execution, and community growth, with a consistent focus on building programs that are scalable and performance-driven.

Earlier in her career, she worked in television casting for major unscripted series, including Love Is Blind, Big Brother, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Married at First Sight, and America's Got Talent. That experience sharpened her ability to identify compelling personalities, understand audience behavior, and build authentic talent relationships—skills that continue to inform her approach to creator partnerships today.

Kimberly enjoys beach days, interior styling, Pilates, wellness, and skincare. A certified yoga instructor (RYT200) and longtime Pilates devotee, she believes the strongest brands—and lives—are built with intention.
